Steps for listing your sale with us
1. Choose which Package you feel is appropriate
2. Come into facility with vehicle you want to sell, keys for that vehicle, three required items for verification; photo ID, registration or title, and proof of insurance
3. You will be greeted by one of our friendly customer service agents who will get you acquainted and select the correct paperwork corresponding to the package of your choice
4. We will thoroughly explain the associated paperwork, concept, process, and answer any questions you may have; acceptance of the paperwork will take place and the customer service agent will make copies of your verification items that you brought
5. The VIN # will be checked on vehicle and on paperwork in order to authenticate ownership and prevent fraud
6. You will be informed, based on your package choice, of all of the accompanying amenities that you have access to while your vehicle is for sale
7. Payment is collected and copies of all papers are given for your records
8. Window stickers will be chosen by you
9. Upon completion of paperwork, payment, and copies given; you may leave at your leisure
10. We will then conduct a overview of the vehicle, wash the exterior, sticker the windows, and take pictures for your listing
11. We will have your vehicle completed and published on our website within 24 hours. If a display package was chosen, it will be on display within 24 hours. (your official monthly start date will be the following day)
*Note- you will be provided the option to have your own personal voice mail box and/or e-mail set-up through our company so you can control potential buyer inquiries at your leisure.
