Is there a charge?
We offer a free resource center with access to computers, listings, copy machines, printers, telephones, vehicle staging area, etc… However, we do offer various services for a fee to help aid in the buying and selling process such as our display lot, access to list on our “featured vehicle” advertisements, inspections conducted by a third party ASE Certified Mechanic, Notary Services, vehicle history reports, vehicle detailing, shuttle services, web listings, etc…
Is there any other place like your company?
No, we are the first of our kind.
Do you work on commission?
No, we do not even have sales people; we have customer service agents that assist in the support of the sale of your vehicle or the purchase of someone else’s vehicle. We work for no commissions, no percentages of your cost, and no consignments. When conducting a private party transaction of this sort, there is even no sales tax! All funds stay with the buyer and seller. We do our utmost to create a relaxed, stress free transaction without hassle or pressure of traditional car buying stereotypes.
Why are you offering this service?
To help reduce consumer fraud, identity theft, vehicle related crimes, and overall headaches that come along with the vehicle purchasing and selling process. We feel that when clients opt for the easy choice of using our facility, website, and services, they reduce their chance to become a victim of fraud, theft, and/or criminal activity. Their personal well being, as well as their property’s security, will increase drastically when using us rather than trying to meet someone at an unknown residence or unfamiliar public place to show your vehicle, test drive a vehicle, or complete a transaction. When people realize that they can sell their vehicle in the environment that we create, there would no longer be a need to trade in to a dealership for ever lessening prices.
Why would you say it is easier than selling my vehicle on my own?
We do all the “hassle” work for you; wash, detail/ inspect/ run history reports (if chosen), stage the vehicle for pictures, take the pictures, create your listing, sticker the windows, create info sheets to be taken by potential buyers, upload your listing on our website, upload your listing on 27 other websites, offer you varying amenities to aid in creating maximum exposure for your vehicle, position your vehicle on our display lot which currently has a 160,000 vehicles drive by daily, and offer you a private, secure VM box and/or email to retrieve your potential buyer questions, comments, requests, and offers.
The varying services that we offer create a “one stop shop” for the completion of a transaction from start to finish. All necessary paperwork, public MVD documents, notary onsite etc… are all offered at one place. Clients will not have to scramble all over the valley to legally and safely complete their purchase or sale. We also bring potential buyers and sellers together via numerous advertising methods which would not be available to the everyday person.
Will you accept and advertise any and all vehicles?
At the moment, we accept and advertise vehicles that pass VIN verification and are in operable condition. We also accept and advertise motorcycles, ATV’s, boats, RV’s, trailers, jet skis, limos, almost anything. If you have a vehicle that may be in question, please feel free to ask.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we currently offer 10% off discount to all members of military, law enforcement, real estate agents, and students (all with proper I.D.). We also offer a range of promotional discounts on frequent occasion.
How long will my ad run on your website or be able to display on your lot?
We offer 30 and 60 day packages on every vehicle and an “unlimited” (until it sells) option to most.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes, along with background checks and drug screening on all employees.
Is my vehicle safe if I choose to advertise on your display lot?
The facility is gated, well lit, and also has 24/7 motion surveillance and alarm system.
I need my vehicle during the week; can I park it only on the weekends?
Yes, we offer an online full time/ display lot part time feature and work around almost any restrictions that bring both buyers and sellers together with restricted schedules.
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located off the 101 and 202 freeways on McDowell Road between Scottsdale and Hayden Roads. 7520 E. McDowell Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85257.
What if I have to pay off my vehicle?
Well, you have a couple of options. You can pay off your loan yourself or you can have the buyer do that. There are a few financial institutions located nearby if you need them.
Is it possible to pick up my vehicle at any time?
Sure, you have full access to your vehicle. If you decide you no longer want to display it at our Resource Center you can come by anytime and pick it up. No problem.
Will anyone be allowed to drive my vehicle while it’s at your Resource Center?
No buyers will be allowed to drive your vehicle without you. Occasionally our employees may have to move your vehicle while we rearrange our display area. All appropriate releases will need to be signed.
