As we grow, our dynamic company will be looking for individuals to join our team. We currently have a part-time position open for a Customer Service Agents/Lot Attendant.
A Lot 2 Offer, Where Private Party Vehicle Sales Happen…has an immediate Customer Service Agent/ Lot Attendant position open. We are looking for someone who is energetic, responsible and hard working. Right individual should have a pleasant telephone manner, be good with people and have the ability to overcome objections. Previous telemarketing/office skills are beneficial. Bi-lingual is a MUST. Current and legal drivers license preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contact prospective customers via telephone in order to solicit sales for our services.
- Explain our services, pricing, and answer additional questions for customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, phone and email.
- Answer and return calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
- Respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contact.
- Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily targets
- Maintain proper lot tidiness
- Execute various maintenance related tasks
